Your room will be available from 14:00 on the day of arrival.

If you arrive before 2.00 pm, you are welcome to go to the restaurant for lunch or have a drink in the lobby, but we ask for your understanding that it is unfortunately not possible to check into your room before 2.00 pm.

On the day of departure, your room will be available until 11:00 am.

All rooms are equipped with allergy-friendly bed linen.

Bathrobes and a bathing bag are available to borrow in your room free of charge for the duration of your stay.

Our KroneBar with delicious cocktail specialities is open from Wednesday to Saturday from 8.30 pm. Our cosy wine cellar with a small menu is open daily from 5.00 pm. And for an aperitif you can meet at our piano bar in the lobby. (Opening hours subject to change)

To avoid waiting times, you are welcome to pay your room bill the evening

There is a pool table in front of the Kronenbar and another in the basement of the "Silberdistel" building. You will need 1 euro coins to play. Cues are available free of charge at reception and in the Kronenbar.

Our "Brennhäusle" is located directly behind the tennis centre. We produce fine distillates: Williams pear and fruit brandy. You can taste these in the restaurant or bar and buy them at reception as souvenirs in beautiful jewellery bottles.

We are happy to offer you an ironing service. Please refer to the laundry list in the wardrobe for prices.

You can hire e-bikes at our reception. The price per day is 25 euros. You can recharge your own e-bike free of charge in our underground car park.

We offer 4 charging stations in our hotel car park. Activation and payment takes place directly at the charging station. We ask for your understanding that it is not possible to make a reservation and that we cannot guarantee a free e-charging station space. You will find other e-charging stations in the city of Friedrichshafen in the immediate vicinity. Information.

The specialist shop "Grossmann" in Unterraderach offers a large selection of gift items, craft supplies and household goods (drive or walk to the right at the car park, approx. 1km from the hotel). The shopping town of Friedrichshafen with its beautiful riverside promenade is always worth a visit. There are various car parks in the town or you can use local public transport. The bus stop is located at the church and a bus timetable is available at reception.

The hotel and restaurant entrances are closed at night. You can use your room card to open the entrance door to the room area. If you have any problems, please contact our night porter at reception.

Switch off all unnecessary lights in the room. Unplug all unnecessary devices from the socket, including charging cables without terminals. Heat or cool your room carefully. Leave your car in our car park or in the underground car park and take advantage of the opportunity to travel by bus free of charge with your guest card. The bus stop is opposite the church. A bus timetable is available at reception.

We offer family suites and family studios. We will be happy to inform you about them. A children's playroom is available for children in the “Sonnbüchel” house and also in the breakfast room. There is a play corner in the restaurant and our playground and mini golf course behind the Landhaus Krone. You will find another playground for small and older children at the village community center here in Schnetzenhausen.

Our guest PC with internet connection and printer is located in the lobby at reception. Use is free of charge. We charge € 0.25 per page for printing.

We are happy to issue individually designed vouchers for you at our reception. Alternatively, you can also create a voucher on our website at any time, pay by PayPal or credit card and print it out straight away. The indoor pool with relaxation conservatory and infrared cabin is open daily from 6.30 am to 9.00 pm.

For reasons of sustainability and the careful use of resources, we recommend that you do without daily room cleaning. You will find a card for our housekeeping team in your room, which you can simply hand in at reception on the day of your arrival. As a thank you, you will receive a voucher for an aperitif. For stays of 5 nights or more, we offer you a change of bed linen during your stay. If you would like a daily change of linen, please let reception know.

Please register your pet when making your room reservation. Pets are not allowed in all room categories. We charge €12.00 per day, excluding food. Your dog may lie under the table in the restaurant. Please note: Dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room, on the sunbathing lawn or in the children's playground. We ask all dog owners to use the meadows and grounds behind the hotel and around Schnetzenhausen for “walking” and please do not use the gardens and green areas around the hotel (don't forget bags!).

Toothbrush sets and disposable razors are available at reception for 2.00 euros each. Disposable shower caps are available in the room free of charge.

Schnetzenhausen offers beautiful circular routes. We will be happy to inform you about them at reception. Nordic walking poles can be borrowed free of charge from reception.

Our OASIS SUN SPA is located in the “Silberdistel” building. Pamper your body and soul with massages, baths and beauty treatments. Appointments and advice can be arranged by calling 440. Please wear your bathing suit and bathrobe to your treatment. Take the Silberdistel elevator to the ground floor and go directly to the spa or walk to the spa from the indoor pool or use the entrance in the garden.

The church “St. Peter & Paul” is located in the middle of the village. A church service is held every Sunday.

Children's playrooms are available for our younger guests in the “Sonnbüchel” house and on the way to the breakfast room. There is also a small play area in the restaurant by the Rosenstube. If you are planning an excursion to Constance, the boat connection with the catamaran is a good option (pedestrians and bicycles). The non-smoking protection law applies in Baden-Württemberg. All our guest rooms are non-smoking rooms. In case of non-compliance, we will charge a special cleaning fee. If you smoke on the balcony, we ask you to close the balcony door. Our restaurant and all other areas are also non-smoking. Smoking and vaping (e-cigarettes) is only permitted outdoors. The consumption of cannabis is prohibited on the entire hotel premises.

Our sauna area is open daily from 11.00 am to 9.00 pm.

If you have no sauna experience, we are happy to offer you sauna advice from our pool attendant on request.

Protecting our environment is very important to us, which is why we have invested in 2 combined heat and power plants. The output per hour is 94 kW of electricity and 160 kW of heat with an efficiency of 90%. Electricity and heat are fed into the company's own grid and are therefore used in the shortest possible way, e.g. for hot water, swimming pools, etc. We have also equipped all exhaust air systems and some of the cooling machines with a heat recovery system. Waste avoidance and the use of environmentally friendly cleaning agents are a matter of course for us.

Small things with a big impact. Don't leave the water running unused at the sink. Always close the taps properly. Take a short shower instead of a bath.
